**Job Summary:** Provides physical therapy services for patients under the direction and supervision of the Director, Assistant Director, and or Clinical Supervisor or designee. **Essential Responsibilities:** * Deliver Direct Patient Care Consistent with the provisions of the Physical Therapy Practice Act, licensing bodies, and Kaiser Permanente HealthPlan. * Provides accurate and timely documentation of services provided per State and Federal requirements and relevant medical group and health plan policies and guidelines. * Participates in multidisciplinary clinics, patient care rounds, and case management conferences as requested by management. * Refers patient to appropriate medical providers when care is outside of scope of practice. * May instruct patient education classes and/ or groups as requested by management. * May provide department in\-service as requested by management e.g., journal club presentation, regular in\-service presentation. * May assists in orientation and training of employees as needed. * May serve as a clinical instructor as requested by management. * May provide consultation to staff. * May act as a mentor for staff. * May assist in orientation and tra...
