Exclusent is partnering with one of the country’s leading owners and operators of retail real estate to hire an Operations Manager for a major regional shopping center in Modesto. This is a direct\-hire role with our client. They are interviewing now and want someone in the seat before the holiday season. **About the Role** You’ll own the physical operation of a large, multi\-building property and protect it as a long\-term asset. This is a leadership role, not a hands\-on maintenance job. You’ll direct contracted vendors, manage several projects at once, and act as the General Manager’s operational partner.
