Texas Hospice Providers is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comfort\-focused physical therapy services to hospice patients. This is a field\-based position. The Physical Therapist will travel directly to patients residing in residential care homes and other hospice patient residences throughout the Humble/North Houston area, with occasional visits in the central Houston area. Unlike traditional rehabilitative physical therapy, our focus is primarily on comfort, safety, mobility, positioning, and quality of life. The goal is to help hospice patients remain as comfortable, safe, and functional as possible based on their individual condition and plan of care.
