**Position Summary** The Design \& Development Project Manager is responsible for leading hospitality development projects from initial concept through construction completion and opening. This role oversees project planning, design, budgeting, permitting, construction, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery to ensure hotel, resort, or hospitality developments are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Development \& Planning** * Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality development projects, including hotels, resorts, mixed\-use developments, renovations, and conversions. * Coordinate site selection, due diligence, feasibility studies, and project approvals. * Research, develop and manage potential capital stack additions including but not limited to, historic tax credits and energy rebates and credits. * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. * Collaborate with ownership groups, investors, operators, and brand representatives. **Design \& Construction Management** * Lead architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through design and con...
