Marana Health is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the Human Resources team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for administering the employee change process, maintaining and managing employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of personnel records and actions, and supporting and improving HR workflow efficiency. Marana Health is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 11 sites in Tucson and Pima County. Our mission is to improve our Community by providing exceptional, whole\-person healthcare. **The following qualifications are required:** * Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field * 2 years’ experience in Human Resources field, to include employee onboarding, change management or management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) processes * Current Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance (39\-month MVR will be run by MH) * Must be approved for, and maintain, a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safe...
