**Service Specialist Position Responsibilities:** * Responds to a variety of customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency and after\-hours calls on a timely basis; will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug a variety of systems for more complicated problems; installs small projects as necessary. * Identifies and resolves problems for most types of service calls. * Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and DAC in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking. * May provide custom systems integrations, detailed systems upgrade planning and execution, system audits and consultation, and/or database management and manipulation. * Uses well\-developed troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. * Provides technical support to end users and team members when applicable. * Communicates with and works with the other members of the team consistently to improve overall operations of the Service Department and company. **Service Specialist Qualifications:** * High School Diploma required. * Associate degree in Electronics preferred. * Experience in t...
