Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Sarah Leonard Team \| Legacy Properties The Sarah Leonard Team is hiring a highly organized, detail\-driven Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage our transactions from contract to close. This is a critical operations role on a high\-volume real estate team. You will be responsible for keeping every transaction moving, making sure deadlines are met, clients are informed, agents are supported, and nothing gets missed. We are looking for someone who is proactive, extremely organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing a large number of moving pieces at once. What You’ll Do * Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract through closing * Review contracts and ensure all required documents are complete * Track all contractual dates, deadlines, contingencies, inspections, attorney review, financing, appraisal, walk\-throughs, and closing details * Communicate regularly with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors * Keep clients informed throughout the transaction so they always understand what happens next * Coordinate inspections, appraisals, attorney review items, repairs, w...
