**About Us:** Our clinic provides both general medical services for the public and NFPA 1580 physicals for county wide fire departments. We are dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of first responders and the community we serve. **Position:** Medical Assistant **Location:** Conroe, TX **Responsibilities:** * Assist providers in performing NFPA 1580 physicals, including vitals, lab draws, vision/hearing tests, and other screenings. * Support day\-to\-day clinic operations such as patient intake, charting, and follow\-up. * Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, pulmonary function testing, and other clinical procedures as needed. * Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols. * Provide excellent patient care and customer service to both fire department personnel and general clinic patients. **Qualifications:** * Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) **REQUIRED** * Experience in phlebotomy **REQUIRED** * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Passion for working with first responders and community members. * Bilingual **STRONGLY** preferred **Schedule \& Compen...
