Are you an experienced accounting professional with a knack for cost accounting and process improvement? As our General Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity, driving inventory best practices to boost cash flow, and delivering cross\-functional financial recommendations to executive leaders. You will work closely with our Controller and Cost Accounting teams to analyze financial data, establish rates using ABC Standard Costing, and identify cost\-saving or profit\-generating opportunities. **What You’ll Do (Essential Duties):** * Financial Analysis \& Strategy: Conduct financial studies, analyze trends, and prepare actionable recommendations for budgets, forecasts, policies, and operational improvements * Cost Accounting \& ABC Standard Costing: Partner with Cost Accounting to analyze financial data, establish/update rates, and audit inventory best practices to optimize cash flow * Financial Reporting \& Planning: Assist in creating and publishing monthly financial statements, ratios, budgets, forecasts, and governmental reporting requirements * Reconciliations \& Accounting Support: Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts across all companies to ...
