Description

· Performs daily audits with the maintenance of financial records and the preparation of financial reports for distribution to management. · Completes biweekly payroll including calculating and inputting tips for appropriate employees. · Assists in ensuring the integrity of internal controls to safeguard the property's assets. · Maintains knowledge of existing internal and external accounting policies and procedures, with the goal of ensuring procedural compliance in the assigned operational area and gaining understanding of other areas. · Does the daily auditing of specific areas, as well as posting detail accounting reports in a timely manner. · Monitors audit paperwork to ensure proper procedures are being followed at all times. Reports any variances. Checks work, finds and solves variances and/or discrepancies under direction of the Controller.
