Senior Project Manager – MEP Construction **Cowise Group LLC** is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from preconstruction through closeout. **Responsibilities** * Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation. * Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors. * Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications. * Monitor project costs, address issues, and keep clients and leadership informed. * Oversee punch lists and project closeout. **Qualifications** * Extensive project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in MEP. * Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. * Ability to manage multiple projects and lead both field and office coordination. * Experience with Procore or similar software preferred. * Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
