### **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and post monthly journal entries. * Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure account accuracy. * Maintain and analyze financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage prepaid expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions. * Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. * Assist with month\-end and year\-end close processes. * Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation. * Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with SOX (where applicable), company policies, and internal controls. * Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. * Collaborate with Finance, FP\&A, Payroll, HR, and Operations on accounting\-related matters. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information and complete special projects as assigned. ### **Qualifications** **Required** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * 2–5\+ years of accounting experience (depending on level). * Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Strong Microsoft Excel skills. * ...
