Gensco currently has an amazing opportunity available to join our Technical Services Team as a **HVAC** **Field Service Support Specialist** based out of our Corporate Office in **Tacoma, Washington!** **Summary** * Provide excellent customer service to current and potential Gensco Customers * Perform a broad range of Field Service support responsibilities * Assist Customers and Gensco Team Members with equipment support, communication of product information, product \& service training, warranty claim fulfillment, and factory support **Duties and Responsibilities** * Customer Service \- respond to incoming Consumer assistance calls and provide a single point of contact for Customers. * Dealer support \- communicate any product recalls, reworks, or necessary field modifications. * Technical Training \- compile and distribute product technical training schedules, assist with registration, and arrange facilities and services. * Warranty Claim Fulfillment \- assist in processing all Customers' warranty credit requests in accordance with factory and Company policies. * Factory Support \- serve as the single point of contact for Consumer issues and assign Consumer concerns to the approp...
