We are hiring for a **School Bus Location Manager for our** **Bloomfield, CT** **location!** The **Location Manager** is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of a school bus location. This position leads a team of employees to deliver safe, reliable transportation service, while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing a profitable operation. **What You’ll Do:** **Operations \& Service Delivery** * Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of a school bus location. * Plan and assign routes among multiple locations, and update and maintain routes using Traversa or other routing software. * Coordinate operations across dispatch, drivers, buses, safety, and maintenance. * Ensure all drivers follow state and federal regulations. * Manage parent app through Power School to enable parent and student bus tracking. **Financial \& Administrative Management** * Prepare and manage the location billing. * Monitor and con...
