**About the Role** **Sparta Pharmacy, an independent community pharmacy in Sparta, NJ, is looking for a local, licensed pharmacist to join our team on a flexible, part\-time / as\-needed basis. This is a great fit for a pharmacist who wants extra shifts close to home or prefers a flexible schedule.** **Schedule (flexible, as needed)** Weekday evenings: 4 PM – 8 PM or 5 PM – 8 PM Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM Sundays: 9 AM – 2 PM Shifts are scheduled in advance based on your availability and store needs **Responsibilities** Review, verify, and accurately dispense prescriptions, including drug utilization and therapy reviews Counsel patients on proper use, side effects, interactions, generics, and OTC products Administer immunizations (flu, COVID\-19, and others) Resolve insurance and third\-party claim rejections and coordinate with prescribers Ensure pharmacy operations comply with NJ Board of Pharmacy and federal regulations Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and help maintain a positive, team\-oriented environment Provide friendly, attentive service and build strong relationships with our patients **Qualifications** Active New Jersey pharmacist license in good standing (required) ...
