Plant Manager – Plastics Manufacturing We are recruiting for an experienced **Plant Manager** to lead operations at an established plastics packaging manufacturing facility. This opportunity is ideal for a hands\-on manufacturing leader with experience in **injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming**, who can drive operational performance, develop teams, and improve plant profitability. Responsibilities * Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality. * Lead and develop production managers, supervisors, and manufacturing teams. * Improve productivity, OEE, scrap rates, and manufacturing efficiency. * Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage plant budgets, labor costs, and operational performance. * Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. * Reduce equipment downtime and improve plant reliability. * Maintain a safe working environment and ensure OSHA compliance. * Report plant KPIs and operational performance to senior leadership.
