**AWS SUPERVISOR \- JANITORIAL SERVICES** Reporting to the Site Manager, the AWS Supervisor – Janitorial Services is responsible for the day\-to\-day supervision and coordination of janitorial operations during the assigned Alternating Work Schedule (AWS). This position provides direct leadership to union\-represented hourly team members and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements, DFM Solutions' standards, and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
