We are currently preparing for our initial ACHC accreditation survey and working toward Medicare certification. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Home Health Administrator and/or Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to join our team and help establish a strong foundation for our agency. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in a Medicare\-certified home health agency and a strong understanding of CMS regulations, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation requirements. We are open to both full\-time and part\-time candidates, depending on qualifications, experience, and availability.
