This includes the direct supervision of all custodial site supervisors as well as their on\-going training. Ensures adequate coverage and coordination is provided to complete all contractual requirements, all other assigned tasks, and to maintain the quality of all work performed as well as the safety of all employees. **Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:** * Provides supervision and assistance to assigned crew(s) to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. * Ensures proper utilization of personnel to ensure optimum efficiency. * Ensures that all work performed meets the contractual requirements of each site with emphasis placed on maintaining the quality of all tasks performed. * Assists in dealing with issues involving personnel, site security, specific tasks, and other situations that...
