This role is less about simply writing code and more about solving complex business problems. The ideal candidate can learn unfamiliar processes, identify inefficiencies, simplify workflows, and use modern development tools, including AI, to rapidly create accurate, secure, and maintainable applications. Manufacturing experience is not required.
