**General Role Description** Ensure the effective design, development, implementation, measurement, and management of processes for third\-party skid and e\-house integration and other major subcontractors for the business unit (BU). **Role Accountabilities** * Analyze business unit needs to mitigate integration and major subcontracting supply and delivery risk, recommend appropriate solutions, implement as approved * Develop and recommend optimal integration and major subcontracting supplier selection criteria * Manage qualifications and performance evaluation of integrators and major subcontractors * Lead the process of development, revision control, and storage of a standard set of specifications for procurement of integration and subcontracting services, in collaboration with the BU engineering department * Negotiate standard integration pricing matrix and lead\-times with suppliers, not less than annually, and communicate to appropriate BU personnel * Negotiate non\-standard integration pricing, communicating with appropriate BU personnel as needed * Identify and recommend integration and subcontracting service providers with optimal quality, cost, and delivery qualifications ...
