Compensation Structure: * Salary based on experience * Commission on all self\-generated and secured projects * Each large project will pay a bonus based on performance * Opportunity for income growth based on performance * Company vehicle provided (must have valid license) **Overview** RAM Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands\-on Project Manager to oversee commercial construction, electrical, and facility maintenance projects from start to completion. This role requires strong leadership in the field, operational coordination, client communication, and material procurement. In addition to managing projects, this position includes a business development component. The Project Manager will actively seek and secure new clients and projects. Once onboarded and trained, the individual will earn commissions on all projects they originate, in addition to their bonus compensation on existing jobs and their base salary.
