Description

The Medical Director provides scientific and medical leadership across pharmaceutical and healthcare training and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the clinical accuracy, scientific rigor, and strategic relevance of medical content while serving as a trusted medical partner to both internal teams and clients. The Medical Director works closely with medical writers, instructional designers, creative teams, project managers, and other cross\-functional team members to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging, and impactful training and marketing content. The role also helps guide the thoughtful use of artificial intelligence in content development, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and innovation while promoting responsible use, strong medical writing, critical thinking, and appropriate scientific oversight throughout the content development process.
