Under the direction of the CFO, the Project Manager will lead cross\-functional initiatives that move good2grow forward, working primarily across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology. This role is the connective thread between teams, turning big ideas into clear plans, keeping work on track, and bringing clarity when the path forward isn't obvious. As a trusted partner to leaders across the business, the Project Manager will build structure where little exists, align stakeholders who don't report to them, and communicate progress and risks with candor.
