As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the**OLDP** and post\-program. Rotational assignments and full\-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in\-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position. **Strategic Business Impact** The **OLDP**is a two\-year program set to occur between **July 12, 2027 – July 2029**. Participants will complete four, six\-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions.
