Description: The Area Manager is a field\-focused leadership role responsible for supporting the day\-to day performance, service quality, and development of an assigned team. This position spends the majority of its time in the field, providing hands\-on coaching, training, quality oversight, and operational support. The Area Manager serves as a lead resource for field employees and works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure company standards, safety expectations, and customer service goals are consistently met.
