**Senior IT Project Manager.** We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large\-scale enterprise software modernization and implementation initiative. This role requires a hands\-on project leader with a proven track record managing complex, multi\-year software implementation, upgrade, or conversion projects using Waterfall SDLC methodologies. The ideal candidate will drive project execution across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, maintain resource\-loaded project plans, and ensure successful delivery from initiation through implementation and closeout. Candidates should have experience leading large, enterprise\-wide technology projects involving third\-party vendors, system integrations, and organizational change. Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, issue resolution, vendor accountability, and decision facilitation are essential.
