This position performs technical, economic, financial, and reliability analyses to evaluate conventional generation, renewable resources, energy storage, and other resource alternatives. Responsibilities may include capacity expansion and production cost modeling, resource adequacy analysis, request for proposal (RFP) evaluations, regulatory support, and development of EPE’s long\-term Loads and Resources Plan (L\&R). The level of independence, technical complexity, project ownership, and leadership increases progressively by job level. **Job Responsibilities** * Analysis and Optimization: Conduct short\- and long\-term technical, economic, statistical, and quantitative analyses to support EPE’s resource planning and resource procurement.
