Responsible for managing the City's contract administration program and act as the purchasing specialist for the CIP/Project Management division. Oversee the bid process for all annual contracts in accordance with all statutory requirements, City Charter and City policy requirements. **Job Functions** ----------------- *The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job.
