Senior Sourcing Specialist **About the Role** At NorMed, we are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist with strong purchasing instincts, excellent negotiation skills, and a drive to find new opportunities. This is not a transactional purchasing role. We want someone who works independently , challanges the status quo, anticipates needs, and continually asks: **"Can we do better".** **Key Responsibilities** * Source and develop domestic and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQS, lead times and freight. * Identify and deliver cost\-reduction and margin\-improvement opportunities. * Lead RFQs, competitive bids, supplier evaluations, and negotiations. * Analyze purchasing data, pricing, volumes, and market conditions to identify opportunities. * Develop alternative sources and reduce supply\-chain risk. * Take sourcing initiatives from opportunity through implementation and measurable results. **What We're Looking For** * Strong negotiator with excellent commercial instincts. * Proactive, resourceful, and highly self\-sufficient. * Naturally looks for savings and sourcing opportunities. * Comfortable challenging suppliers, pricing, and existing approaches. * Analyt...
