The Relocations Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Sales and Marketing Director. The Relocations/Real Estate Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move\-in/move\-out of all residents in addition to assisting the Broker with coordination of real estate transactions.
