**JOB DESCRIPTION** As the Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Engineering Tools \& Productivity (ET\&P) team, you will spearhead the delivery of complex technology projects and programs that align with the firm's business objectives. The ET\&P team's mission is to simplify and enhance the work of our 16,000 Consumer and Community Banking engineer colleagues. You will leverage deep technical expertise—including hands\-on experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), automation, and data\-driven decision\-making—to manage programs that promote the creation, implementation, and adoption of innovative engineering solutions. In this role, you will champion technical principles, practices, and methodologies while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high\-performing teams.
