Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Project Manager (GIS, Disaster Recovery, Post\-Disaster Rebuild) to join our Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of complex recovery and rebuild capital improvement programs. This position serves as a senior\-level project and program leader responsible for overseeing large\-scale infrastructure, public works, and facilities projects through all phases of development, including planning, design, environmental review, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close\-out. The ideal candidate will possess high proficiency with GIS software, geography, community forums, dashboard management, Power BI reporting on disaster recovery, post\-disaster rebuild programs. The Project Manager is entrusted with managing highly visible, politically sensitive, and technically complex projects that require extensive coordination among government agencies, utility providers, consultants, contractors, funding partners, and community stakeholders.
