**Position Purpose:** The Director of Product Development provides strategic and operational leadership for the development, production, and distribution of products and creative projects that support the ministry’s mission, vision, and audience. This role oversees projects from initial concept through completion and distribution, ensuring that ideas are transformed into high\-quality, purposeful, and sustainable products. The Director will lead cross\-functional teams, establish and monitor project timelines and budgets, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the ministry’s creative and quality standards.
