**1\. Summary:** The primary goal of the Project Manager is to deliver every assigned project at scope and quality, on schedule, and under budget. Owns assigned glazing projects end\-to\-end — from estimating handover through field\-ready release and into execution. Holds single\-point accountability for project schedule, budget, quality, and contract performance on every assigned project, regardless of size or tier. Drives the eight\-step preconstruction process to a Field\-Ready Gate signoff, then leads field execution as the primary General Contractor interface. Operates in Foundation Software, Microsoft Project, and OneDrive. **2\.
