**Inventory Control \& Accuracy** * Maintain accurate inventory records using Point of Rental software and other approved tracking tools. * Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits; reconcile records and investigate discrepancies, shortages, and overbookings. * Monitor inventory availability and upcoming rental demand, identifying potential shortages or conflicts well in advance of scheduled events. * Establish and maintain inventory control procedures, item identification, labeling, documentation, and accountability standards. * Monitor inventory adjustments and ensure corrections are appropriately documented and approved. **Equipment Management** * Track damaged, missing, lost, obsolete, retired, and out\-of\-service rental equipment; update inventory status promptly. * Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and disposal, documenting the status and disposition of affected items. * Monitor equipment utilization and recommend inventory purchases or replenishment based on demand and business needs. * Ensure new inventory is properly received, inspected, labeled, and entered into Point of Rental or the applicable inventory system. * Work with warehouse teams to...
