About Us The Grove at Whites Creek is a growing hospitality destination located on 16 scenic acres just minutes from downtown Nashville. The property brings together weddings and private events, a boutique inn, retail experiences, community programming, and Ember \& Oak—our upscale Southern restaurant offering warm hospitality, thoughtfully prepared food, and live music. We are seeking an experienced, energetic Director of Sales \& Marketing to lead revenue\-generating initiatives and build awareness for both The Grove at Whites Creek and Ember \& Oak. This individual will be responsible for converting inquiries into booked business, developing strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing efforts, and creating campaigns that attract guests, diners, event clients, and community partners. Position Summary The Director of Sales \& Marketing will develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy across the property’s hospitality, event, lodging, restaurant, retail, and community offerings.The ideal candidate is both a relationship\-driven salesperson and a creative marketer.
