Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of assigned QuickBox facilities. This position coordinates routine facility maintenance, cleaning activities, contractor visits, supply inventory, purchase requests, and building repairs while supporting compliance with applicable FDA, OTC, safety, and facility requirements. The Maintenance Supervisor performs and oversees basic repair and maintenance activities involving the building, grounds, equipment, and related facility functions. This position may perform carpentry, painting, plumbing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and other general facility repairs while identifying opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
