National construction company has an exciting opportunity for a Division Controller. This Team Member will be the financial leader for our growing organization. The ideal applicant will possess strong working knowledge as a Controller in the construction industry with hands\-on experience working with the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Work\-In\-Progress (WIP) accounting. This role will manage the financial activities of the entity while also reporting consolidated financials to the Regional CFO. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards. * Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points. * Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscapes. * Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
