Our flagship brand, Smard Art, is the world's leading Black art retail brand. **About the Role** We are looking for a TikTok Live Commerce Manager who is equal parts strategic team lead and active live seller. This is not a purely managerial role. You will spend at least 60% of your working hours selling on live streams, even when full team coverage is in place. Being on camera is a core performance function, not a fallback. The remaining 40% of your time goes into building, managing, and scaling our live commerce team across TikTok Live and other live channels in Canada and the United States, driving audience growth, GMV, conversion, and host development.
