**Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient / Outpatient** **Location:** Tuba City, AZ **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 12 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 2,000 To $ 2,375 Per week** **Schedule:** Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM **Experience:** Minimum 3 Years of Licensed Physical Therapist Experience **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Physical Therapist (PT)** for a 12\-week inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation contract in Tuba City, Arizona. The PT will provide evaluations and treatment for patients ranging from birth through geriatric populations while supporting the management and delivery of comprehensive physical therapy services. The role may include specialty services such as wound care, prosthetic and orthotic care, geriatric rehabilitation, spinal cord rehabilitation, functional therapy, and assistive technology/adaptive equipment evaluation and treatment.
