Best Body Shop is seeking a Parts Coordinator who will report to the Production Manager, and will oversee all ordering and receiving of parts/materials necessary for the production team to perform all repair plan operations to our customers vehicles. This role will communicate regularly with the technicians providing accurate and timely updates as a direct contact with our vendors as well as manage relationships with all parts/materials vendors and ensure all purchases are profitable for the company. * Order and Receive all parts for the vehicles in our repair shop utilizing our current online parts procurement platforms. * General knowledge of how to read a repair plan. * Find creative solutions for parts orders in extreme situations (backorders, discontinued parts, etc.) * Maintain proper storage of checked in parts waiting for buy off. * Maintain clean and organized parts warehouse. * Handle all vendor discrepancies with deliveries and or invoicing issues. * Maintain professional relationship with all vendors and delivery personnel.
