Description: **Your Future Role:** The Controller is responsible for the company’s accounting operations, focusing on payroll, accounts payable, and month\-end and year\-end close. This role helps ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and compliance with company policies. Working in three ERP systems and Paylocity, the Controller manages payroll, accounts payable and receivable, job costing, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting while supporting efficient processes and internal controls. **Your Specific Job Responsibilities:** * Oversee payroll operations, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, reconciliations, benefits processing, and workers' compensation accruals. * Manage accounts payable and monitor accounts receivable and collections to maintain aging targets. * Direct month\-end and year\-end financial close processes and reconcile balance sheet accounts. * Oversee job costing, project profitability, inventory valuation, and intercompany transactions. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate cost reporting. * Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate recording between business units. * Coordinate fin...
