**Position Objective:** Support the Finance Team in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting Group. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and maintain all records of capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit planning, operating records and financial statements * Analyze and prepare monthly sales tax reports in compliance with all state, city, county and parish laws * Analyze and prepare annual property tax reports in compliance with all state, city, county and parish laws * Process payroll * Assist organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidations, cost control and project control * Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis * Complete month\-end close process * Prepare and update monthly trial balance supporting reports and reconciliations * Inventory item tailoring maintenance and troubleshooting, including costing, location, and availability * Prepare financial analyses of regional operations for guidance of regional and corporate management, including, but not limited to, monthly commentary, analysis of actual vs. planned results...
