About the Role: Canon USA’s Sales Training team empowers sales representatives to excel in selling Canon’s cutting\-edge print and scan hardware and software solutions through dynamic self\-paced and instructor\-led training programs. We’re looking for a creative, tech\-savvy, and results\-driven Instructional Designer Specialist (Specialist, Curriculum Develop) who thrives on building performance\-based learning solutions for new product launches and strategic initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of microlearning, web\-based training, and both virtual and in\-person instructor\-led programs tailored to our sales force. If you're passionate about learning innovation and have a strong background in instructional design, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment.
