The Inventory Specialist is tasked with standing up and managing the inventory for our new Ragley, LA warehouse. This role involves tracking incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring the warehouse is organized, and assisting with inventory management in NetSuite and UpKeep. The Inventory Specialist will support operational part needs, initiate purchase requests for replenishment, and periodically travel to other company locations to perform inventory cycle counts and potentially replenish parts as needed. This position will also be responsible for assisting with our new office buildout. **Job Responsibilities:** **Warehouse and Inventory:** * Support the initial setup of the Ragley warehouse, including receiving and putting away initial stock, establishing bin locations, and labeling parts and storage areas. * Develop and implement effective strategies for inventory management, including demand forecasting and reorder point analysis. * Utilize the NetSuite Inventory Management application as well as UpKeep to track and maintain inventory levels. * Use NetSuite to process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. * Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular p...
