*Liberty Cares with Compassion….* **LIBERTY SENIOR LIVING** is currently seeking an experienced: **ASSISTED LIVING SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR** JOB SUMMARY: * Performs routine networking visits to physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers and other healthcare referral sources to present community information, gather resident referrals, and evaluate potential resident admissions that contribute to the community’s overall revenue growth. * Receives and processes prospective resident inquiries and maintains inquiry records in CRM. * Records all sales related activities for prospects, contacts, and referral sources in CRM. * Frequently participates in local community networking events and looks for the opportunity to garner interest and support of community operations. * Demonstrates leadership skills by planning and instituting new and innovative programs in harmony with the overall facility philosophies, and in partnership with the Home Office Sales and Marketing Team. * Screens all prospective admissions to determine that the delivery of appropriate care will be provided in the assisted living or memory care setting. * Assesses cost\-of\-care of prospective admissions...
