**Position Information** ------------------------ **Hiring Manager:** Assistant Controller**Department:** Fund Accounting**Department Overview** The Fund Accounting Department is responsible for the financial and investor reporting associated with Golub Capital’s private (e.g., non\-Business Development Company) investment funds and vehicles. The team provides accounting and / or reporting for internal vehicles, limited partnerships and separately managed accounts pursuant to the governing limited partnership and investment management agreements and, where appropriate, in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Fund Accounting also provides Golub Capital’s management companies and leadership with reporting and analysis in support of existing business and new initiatives.
