This is a hands\-on leadership role responsible for building the people, processes, systems, and relationships necessary to support a scalable, high\-performing business development organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of the Petrochemical, LNG, Data Center, Power Generation, New Construction, and broader industrial markets.
