**Consumer Service Specialist** Do you have experience in the health insurance industry such as advocating for consumers, claims administration, consumer services, or compliance? Do you have knowledge of insurance laws and regulations? Are you able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form? Are you bilingual and do you speak Spanish? If you answered yes to these questions join our team as a Consumer Service Insurance Specialist in our Health \& Life Division at the Utah Insurance Department! The Consumer Service Insurance Specialist will primarily be tasked with answering questions from consumers, and reviewing independent review request and insurance complaints. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail oriented and have a comprehensive knowledge of health insurance. Most of the independent review request and consumer complaint review work is done independently with ample opportunities for collaboration with a larger team to discuss issues or policy questions as they arise.
